Discriminatory behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Refusing service or cancelling requests due to someone’s background
• Using abusive, biased, or hate-based language in communication
• Favoring or excluding users based on any protected attribute

Enforcement: Any customer or service partner found violating this policy will lose access to the Just Calls platform. We take reports of discrimination seriously and act promptly after a fair investigation.
